“I cannot praise her enough”
Sharon was fantastic and I cannot praise her enough in terms of professionalism, quality of work, courtesy and integrity. Initially I had requested a quote to replace the window locking mechanisms and handles for 3 windows. However, on inspect, Sharon informed me that the mechanisms were fine and only the handles would require replacing. Despite agreeing an amount before starting the job, Sharon then duly reduced the fees so that I would only be charged for the necessary work. I would recommend Sharon to anyone and would not hesitate to contact Sharon for any future work.

“Working as good as new”
Following a telephone conversation and once Sharon had reviewed some pictures I sent her she advised on what needed doing and gave me a quote on the cost of The repair. Once Sharon arrived and had a look at the mechanism she decided that she would first try a repair and service before she replaced any parts, fortunately the she was able to fully repair the lock and is working as good as new. The final repair bill was less than half the quoted price which is a testament to Sharon’s honesty and professionalism.

Sharon was absolutely amazing. She arrived quickly after calling her about losing my new flat keys. She was Lovely and calmed me down, and actually found my keys, so no drilling out old locks! She has superb eyesight and I can't thank her enough....had she not spotted the keys it would've been more expensive for me and work for her. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism as she charged me the agreed amount for a lock change. I could've hugged her...blasted covid restrictions! She spared no effort advising and supporting my neighbour, effectively patiently 'training' her and making sure she would cope with the new system. “The key snapped off in my door lock today, and by a fortuitous coincidence Sharon's van pulled into my street to fix my neighbour's door as I was talking to them. I had been intending to call her anyway.
She kindly agreed to pop round to fix my lock after fixing my neighbour's, and quickly retrieved the broken piece of key, and adjusted a loose latch while she was at it.”
