ABOUT THE LADY OF THE LOCK
Meet Sharon: Our 24/7 Emergency Locksmith
A 24 hour female Locksmith with 13 years of experience behind her belt. Trained by the MLA (Master Locksmith Association) and fully vetted and DBS police checked. A local, reliable, trusted, and fast locksmith who offers guaranteed service or your money back, as well as a fast action response time of 15 to 20 minutes (depending on location). I also give free estimates and quotes and I am fully insured. Especially good with special care of the elderly, dementia patients and those with special needs. A lot of our customer base is repeat customers who loved our services and have called us back for more work.
I work in Slough and surrounding areas such as Amersham, Ascot, Beaconsfield, Berkshire, Bourne End, Bracknell, Buckinghamshire, Denham, Egham, Gerrards Cross, Henley, Hertfordshire, Iver, Maidenhead, Marlow, Middlesex, Staines-Upon-Thames, The Chalfonts, Uxbridge, Virginia Water, Windsor, Woking. For special customers who have moved, I will go further and make the extra journey to travel to those customers.
We take cheques, bank transfers and card payments, not cash. We are open 24/7.

Dementia Care
If you are worried about a family member, friend, or neighbour who has dementia and you are unable to access their property, don’t worry, we are here to help. As an ex carer, Sharon has a full understanding of how to work with vulnerable people, including dementia patients. If you are living in a different country and/or may not be able to attend to your relative, we can step in.
We’re happy to retain contact with family members or neighbours as a first-call response or to be a local key-holder to react more quickly in times of need. This keeps your costs down as well as prolongs independent living.

Domestic Violence
According to the Office of National Statistics about 4.2% of men and 7.9% of women suffered domestic abuse in England and Wales during 2018. This equates to about 685,000 male victims and 1,300,000 women. We work with domestic violence cases with complete and total confidentiality. Your safety is our number 1 priority. If you are worried about a friend, family member or neighbour who may be in a domestic abuse situation and they are in need of our services, do not hesitate to give us a call.
